Watchdog is built and operated by Canine Development, an independent software company in Denmark. We exist to do one thing well: measure code one party builds for another, and issue a number both sides can trust — the Codebase Assurance Index. Not a consultancy that also grades its own work; a measurer with no stake in the result.

Canine Development never develops or consults on a codebase it also scores — never on both ends of one contract. We sell the thermometer, never the patient's treatment.
No success fees
Revenue is the subscription — identical whether a delivery passes or fails.
